摘　　要：目的探讨解决"即刻法"与突出显示极值的动态Levey-Jenning图质控法有效结合判定抗-HIV,从而保证免疫检验室内质控的及时准确。方法利用Excel2007电子表格软件编写的程序对室内质控结果进行监控。结果能够准确及时判断最有可能的失控值为极值,可立即分析原因并删除,弥补了"即刻法"与Levey-Jenning图质控法各自的缺点。结论 Excel软件将"即刻法"与"动态质控图"有效结合可使免疫检验室内质控更准确与快速。Objective To explore a combination method to ensure the timeliness and reliability for instant method and Levey-Jenning quality control figure with highlight the extreme in anti-HIV determination. Methods Tbe measured values in internal control were monitored by Excel2007. Results The loss control point of extreme value can be discovered reliably and immediately. Then, the reason can be analyzed and deleted at once. It is effective to avoid tile shortcomings of the instant method and Levey-Jenning quality control figure. Conclusion The internal control of inununology laborato~ was accurate and rapid with effective combination of instantly method and dynamic quality control chart performing by Excel 2007.
