摘　　要：定型专利产品小林果实采摘工作头结构装置在已有的工作头基础上,对其结构中的核心技术传动部分、减震部分进行了优化改进设计,应用电控制器、单自由度定位轮系装置,实现了采摘不同类型的小林果实采摘作业,解决了在采摘过程中由于振动过大出现操作者手麻和林果枝条扭断现象的作业问题。新研制的小林果实采摘工作装置,集机械、电控为一体,采摘效率高、结构简单、可靠性高、成本低廉,市场前景广阔。On the basis of the existing work head of small forest fruit picking device of styling patented product, the structure of the transmission part of the core technology and damping part are optimized and improved design. Use electri cal controls and SDOF positioning gear train device, to achieve a different type of picking jobs of small forest fruit, solve operational problems of fruit branches broken phenomenon and operator＇ hands numbness that vibrations occur in the picking process. Work structure device of newly developed forest fruit picking device, combines mechanical and electron ic control integral, picking high efficiency, simple structure, high reliability, low cost, broad market prospects
