摘　　要：根据东南沿海港口和临港工业的发展及港口铁路支线建设对铁路货物运输的迫切需求,结合《中长期铁路网规划(2008年调整)》中沿海铁路通道规划格局,分析沿海铁路通道客货运需求及不同区段客货运量特点、通道货流构成及流向特征、沿海港口铁路支线后方集疏运通道径路及特点。根据既有沿海铁路建设标准、货运设施分布、能力适应性和运输模式,分析目前制约货物运输的主要因素;结合沿海铁路功能定位和运输能力,提出阶段性解决通道货物运输的建议意见。With the development of both the southeast coastal ports as well as port industries, together with the construction of port railway branch lines, there was an urgent need for railway freight transportation in this coastal region. Therefore, according to the coastal railway planning mode specified in Medium and Long Term Railway Network Plan （revised in 2008） , this paper analyzed relevant issues of the coastal port railway, including the passenger and freight transport demand and volume features at different areas, the cargo constitute and flow direction features, the paths and features of collecting and distributing system behind the port railway branch lines. Furthermore, according to the existing coastal railway construction standard, freight transport facility distribution, capacity adaptability and the transportation mode, this paper analyzed the main factors which have influence on the freight transport. Finally, in combination with functional orientation and transportation ability of coastal railway, this paper suggested an idea that the issue of freight transportation of coastal railway should be settled in a multi-stage mode.
