芳香化酶p450和凋亡抑制因子Survivin在子宫肌腺瘤组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的:探讨芳香化酶p450和凋亡抑制因子Survivin在子宫肌腺瘤组织中的表达情况。方法:选择我院收治的经手术切除、病理证实的子宫肌腺瘤标本60例作为观察组,同期选择正常增殖期宫内膜60例标本作为对照组,2组都进行芳香化酶p450和Survivin的免疫组化分析。结果:Survivin阳性染色主要定位于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞浆,阳性物质呈淡黄色或黄色颗粒状;芳香化酶P450主要分布于子宫内膜的细胞质,阳性细胞质呈棕黄色颗粒。观察组的芳香化酶p450和Survivin表达阳性率分别为56.7%和61.7%,而对照组的表达阳性率都为0.0%,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芳香化酶p450和Survivin表达可以作为判断子宫肌腺瘤发生发展、预后的良好指标之一,对于早期预测子宫肌腺瘤有重要的临床意义。Objective：To discuss the expression of aromatase p 450 and Survivin in the tissues of adenomyoma .Methods：60 cases of adenomyoma specimen come from the patient which treated by surgery in our hospital and verified by pathology were treatment group .60 cases of normal endometrium in proliferative phase were control group .All the cases were analyzed by immunohistochemical of aromatase p450 and Survivin.Results：The positive staining of Survivin mainly located in cytoplasm of glandular cells of endometrium , the positive staining was yellow or yellow granular .Aromatase p450 mainly distributed in cytoplasm of endometrium , the positive staining was brown -yellow granules.The positive expression of aromatase p 450 and Survivin in control group were 56.7%and 61.7%, the positive expression was 0.0%in treatment group.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The expression of aromatase p450 and Survivin could be used as an good index for estimate the development and prognosis of adenomyoma .It＇s important for early prediction of adenomyoma .
