摘　　要：本文介绍以"动感/速度"为主题的无锡公安交巡警支队、车管所及交通指挥中心业务用房项目,从设计构思、总体布局、流线设计、环境设计、指挥中心功能、立面材料、节能设计等方面作了清晰地解读。This article introduces the building projects of Pu-blic Security Patrol Detachment of Wuxi, Vehicle administrat-ion office and Traffic Control Center clinics as the theme of“dynamic/speed”, carries out a clearly interpretation from the aspects of design concept, overal layout, streamline design, e-nvironmental design, command center function, facade mater-ials, energy-saving design and so on.
