摘 要:从历史地理角度考察,长江中游洪灾是其地形水系缺陷,流域环境恶化,堤防修筑草率共同作用的结果.与历史时期相比,现代大型水库一定程度上弥补了其地形水系的缺陷,但与此同时,流域生态环境进一步恶化,堤防抗洪能力依然薄弱,人类环境管理失败所致的流域生态环境恶化依然是长江中游洪灾的根本原因,实施流域综合治理战略是减轻长江中游洪灾的必然选择.From the perspective of historical geography, the flood disasters of the middle reach of the Yangtze River results from the defect of its landscape and watersystem, the deterioration of its ecological environment, and the weakness of th e ability of its dykes to resist floods. In comparison with the past times, at present many large reservoirs to some extent have remedied the natural defect of its landscape and watersystem, but in the meantime, its ecological environment has been further deteriorated and the ability of its dykes to resist floods has still been rather weak, so that the ecological deterioration from the failure of human environmental management is still the most basic factor of flood disasters of the middle reach of the Yangtze River, to decrease the deluge disasters in the middle reach, it is essential to practice the comprehensive governing strateg y of the valley as a whole.
