泪道造影联合鼻泪管逆行置管治疗慢性泪囊炎74例

摘　　要：目的探讨泪道造影联合鼻泪管逆行置管治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法对74例慢性泪囊炎患者行泪道造影证实鼻泪管阻塞，利用器材完成一次性泪道再通置管术，术后抗生素眼水滴眼，间断冲洗泪道。结果随访观察6月～2年。治愈68眼，占91．90％；好转4眼，占5．40％；无效2眼，占2．70％；总有效率97．30％。，结论此疗法适应证广，操作简单，手术时间短，患者痛苦小、疗效好、恢复快、并发症少且有很好的可重复性。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of retrograding implantation of silicon tube into nasolacrimal canal in combination with dacryocystography in treating chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Seventy-four patients with chronic dacryocystitis were performed retrograding implantation of silicon tube into nasolacrimal canal. All of the cases were given eyedrops, and the lacrimal passages were regularly irrigated after the surgery. Results Followed up for a period of 6 months to 2 years, 68 （91.90%） eyes recovered, 4 （5.40%） had improvement, and 2 showed no change. The treatment was effective in 97.30 % of the patients. Conclusion This method can be used in a wide range of indica- tions, and it has advantages of convenient manipulation, saving time, and resulting in little pain, good effect, rapid recovery.
