摘　　要：目的探讨中枢神经细胞瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析12例中枢神经细胞瘤患者的临床资料,所有患者均行手术治疗。结果 12例中枢神经细胞瘤患者,肿瘤全切除9例,次全切除2例,大部分切除1例。所有患者术后随访3个月至10年,1例术后1年复查示脑积水,行脑室-腹腔分流术;按GOS评分,12例均恢复良好。结论中枢神经细胞瘤显微手术切除术后辅以放疗可获得良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of central neurocytomas. Method The clinical data of 12 patients with central neurocytomas were analyzed retrospectively, including the clinical manifestations, imaging data, surgical approach and curative effect. Results Of 12 patients with central neurocytomas undergoing microsurgery, 9 received total removal of the tumors, 2 subtotal and 1 partial. The following up from 3 months to 10 years showed that, of 12 patients, 11 recovered well and 1 had a relapse of the tumor, which was totally removed again by the surgery. Hydrocephalus occurred 1 year after the operation in 1 patient, who received ventriculo-peritoneal shunt. Conclusion The curative effect of the microsurgery on the central neurocytomas is good.
