摘  要:将大豆中编码Na+/H+离子逆向转运蛋白的GmNHX1基因构建到植物表达载体pGWB402Ω,通过农杆菌侵染叶盘法转化南林895杨树(Populus deltoides×P.euramericana cv.‘Nanlin895’),PCR检测和Southern杂交结果表明,GmNHX1基因已经整合入南林895杨树基因组.对转GmNHX1基因的南林895杨树耐盐性的生理生化指标进行检测,结果表明GmNHX1基因的表达能够提高转基因杨树的耐盐性.C, ene GmNHX1was constructed, which cedes Na +/H + exchange protein to the expression vector pGWB402Ω of plant. The gene was introduced into NanLin895 Populus by Agrobacterium tumefacien infection, and transgenic plants were detected by PCR and Southern hybridization. The restdt showed that specific hybridization bands were obtained in positive transgenic plants, which suggested that Gm NHX1 gene has been transfenredinto NanLin895 Populus genome. The results of physiological determination showed that the salt tolerance of GnNHX1 transgenic NL895 plants were significantly better than that of the control, which suggested that the expression of C, mNHX1 could enhance the salt tolerance of NanLin895 Populus.
