摘 要:以丙二酸二乙酯、丙烯酸乙酯和二乙烯三胺为主要原料,利用活泼亚甲基化合物的迈克尔反应及酰胺化缩合制备得超支化聚合物HPC-NH2。采用正交试验研究了四元羧酸酯与二乙烯三胺超支化聚合HPC-NH2的最佳合成条件。试验结果表明超支化聚合的最佳合成条件为:n(四元羧酸酯)∶n(二乙烯三胺)为1∶3.5;反应温度25℃;反应时间16h。运用傅里叶红外光谱、胺值及凝胶渗透色谱,对超支化聚合物HPC-NH2进行了测试。应用试验表明:该超支化聚合物HPC-NH2用于黄牛革复鞣时,其复鞣后的成革抗张强度与Relugan R7复鞣剂复鞣后的基本相当,成革的撕裂强度为49.67N/mm,比Relugan R7复鞣后的成革增加了39.0%。Hyperbranched polymer HPC - NH2 was dation condensation, with malonic diethyl ester, ethyl prepared through Michael reaction of active methylene compounds and ami- acrylate and diethylenetriamine as raw materials. The optimum polymeriza- tion reaction conditions of the polycarboxylic acid ester and diethylenetriamine were investigated through orthogonal experiment. It shows that the optimal hyperbranched polymer experiments condition is as follows: polycarboxylic acid ester and diethylenetriamine react 16h at 25℃, and the mol ratio of polycarboxylic acid ester to diethylenetriamine is 1:3.5. The physical properties of hyper- branched polymer HPC- NH2 was tested using Fourier infrared determination. The hyperbranched polymer HPC - NH2 was used sile strength retaned with Relugan R7 and HPC - NH2 are almost increases by 39.0% compared with that of Relugan R7. spectra, gel permeation chromatograph (GPC) and amine value for the cow hide retanning process. The results show that the ten- same. The tear strength with HPC - NH2 is 49.67N/mm, whichincreases by 39.0% compared with that of Relugan R7.
