摘 要:目的:探讨不同修复手术在前牙缺失修复中的效果,为临床提供治疗依据。方法:上颌前牙缺失患者72例,随机分成A、B、C三组,其中A组采用骨增量技术中的种植方法进行修复手术,B组采用隐形义齿的方法进行修复手术,C组则采用烤瓷冠桥技术进行前牙缺失修复手术,观察所有患者的愈合情况,并对比植体植入上颌后3-6个月的二次修复前以及修复后9个月的情况进行X片检查,观察植体和周围的组织的愈合情况。结果:A组种植体和周围骨组织愈合良好的有22例,愈合优良率91.67%;B组愈合良好的有14例,愈合优良率58.33%;c组愈合良好的有15例,愈合优良率62.50%,A组患者愈合优良率显著高于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:骨增量技术中种植修复对于上颌前牙缺失的具有良好的修复效果,并且修复过后骨组织和植体之间也获得了良好的覆盖,保证了修复的成功率。Objective:To study the effect of different cropping system in evaluation of implant in bone augmentation technology. Methods : 72 patients with maxillary anterior teeth loss were randomly divided into Groups A, B, C The patients in Group A were given the bone incremental technology of planting methods. Group B were adopted the method of invisible denture repair surgery, while Group C were treated with PFM crown and bridge technique for missing anterior tooth repair surgery. The healing of all patients were ob- served, and the X - ray examination were compared 3 - 6, 9 months after maxillary repair, the implant and the surrounding tissue heal- ing were observed. Results: Implant and the surrounding bone healing were good in 22 cases, healing was 91.67% ; Group B of 14 ca- ses healed well, healing was 58.33% ; Group C has 15 cases healed well, healing was 62.50%, Group A of patients healed was sig- nificantly higher than that of Group B and C, the it difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The bone implant prosthesis for maxillary anterior teeth loss in incremental technology has good repair effect, and got good coverage between bone and im- plant after the repair,which guarantee the success rate of repair.
