摘 要:研究了固载β-环糊精阳离子淀粉(β-CD-CS)的合成条件,探讨了β-CD-CS与盐酸环丙沙星(CipHCl)制备的包合物在抗菌纸中的应用。结果表明,合成β-CD-CS最优条件是n(环氧氯丙烷)∶n(β-环糊精)=5∶1,反应温度为40℃。将β-CD-CS与CipHCl制备的包含物添加到纸张中,随着包合物用量的增加,纸张的抗张强度、撕裂强度和耐破强度都是先升高后降低;纸张的抗菌效果随包合物用量的增加越来越明显,当包合物用量为2.5%时,纸张对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径分别为16.9 mm和16.3 mm。同时,相同包合物用量下纸张对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径大于金黄色葡萄球菌的。The preparation of cationic starch immobilized by β-cyclodextrin (β-CD-CS) and its application in papermaking after forming inclusion complexes with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (CipHC1) were studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions of synthesizingβ-CD-CS were as follows:the molar ratio of epichlorohydrin toβ-CD was 5:1 and the reaction temperature was at 40℃.With the amount ofβ-CD-CS used for forming the inclusion complex increasing,the tensile strength,tear strength and bursting strength of the paper sheets increased firstly and then decreased.It also showed that the antibacterial effect of the paper sheets containing the inclusion complexes was excellent and increased with the higher adding amount of the inclusion complexes.When the adding amount of the inclusion complexes was 2.5%,the inhibition zones of the paper sheets against E.coli and S.aureus were 16.9 mm and 16.3 mm respectively.
