摘 要:辊式矫直是改善板型、消除残余应力,获得合格金属板带材的重要工艺环节。高性价比的高强板强韧性高,矫直难度大。文章在矫直理论分析的基础上,将大变形平行辊缝矫直方案应用于高强板矫直实践中,并建立边辊调整计算方法,通过实验方法对大变形平行辊缝矫直方案进行验证。研究表明,大变形平行矫直方案能有效矫直高强板,矫直效果优于同压下量的倾斜矫直;平行矫直方案的矫直力和传动扭矩均大于倾斜矫直,其矫直力是相应倾斜矫直方案矫直力的1.4~2.0倍。Since the roller straightening is to remove the flatness defects and eliminate the residual stress, it is an important step to obtain the qualified plate and sheet. As the strength and ductility of high strength plate are high, its straightening is difficult. In this paper, based on the straightening theory, the large stain straightening model for the parallel roller gap in roller straighte ning is established. The results show that the large deformation straightening model with the parallel roller gap is more suitable for high strength plate than the method with declining roller. However, the force and drive driving toque of the model with the parallel roller gap are greater than those of the program with declining roller gap, and their straightening force is 1.4--2.0 times as many as the method with declining roller gap.
