摘  要:卷绕机械的张力控制系统应用于现代工业时,多数为时变、强耦合、多干扰的复杂非线性系统。根据实际工业间接恒张力控制特点,结合武钢设备改造实践及调试实况,运用T400工艺板虚构张力外环建立闭环系统,间接实现无传感器恒张力控制,张力外环采用模糊自适应PID实现系统优化,提高精度。仿真结果表明,该系统对带钢的恒张力控制具有较强的鲁棒性,响应速度更快,超调量更小。实践证明,该系统能达到直接张力的控制效果。Tension control system for winding machines, which is mostly a time-varying, strong coupling and nonlinear complex system with much interference, are widely used in modern industries. According to the characteristics of the system in the practi cal industrial process and the experience of WISCO during equipment modification and commissioning, an indirect tension sensor less closed-loop system is developed based on virtual outer tension loop and using of T400 technology board. The strategy of the fuzzy adaptive PID control, which can be used for outer tension loop control, is presented to achieve the systematic optimization. The results show that the strip. Practice has proved system has strong robustness, faster response and smaller overshoot for constant tension control of that the effect of direct tension control can be achieved.
