摘　　要：赤藓糖醇因其天然发酵、特殊的理化及生理特性而成为日化领域的新亮点,其产品得到广大消费者的青睐,促进了日化领域的发展。本文详细介绍了赤藓糖醇在日化领域中的应用。It is well known that the erythrito[ became a new bright spot in the daily chemical field for its natural fermentation, physicochemical and physiological characteristics. The products of erythritol were being favour by the vast number of consumers. And the daily chemical industry was promoted by it. The application of erythritol in the field of daily chemical was introduced detail in this paper.
