摘　　要：本文以浙江中控EPA标准为例,从企业自主知识产权到中国第一个被国际认可和接受的工业自动化国际标准的演变过程,探究后发国家企业自主创新的国际技术标准的形成路径,为我国企业如何做好知识产权与标准化有效结合提供借鉴。Taking EPA standards of Zhejiang Supcon company as an example, the paper introduces the evolution process from an enterprise independent intellectual property rights to China’s ifrst international standards for industrial automation accepted by the international recognition, and explores the method for enterprises of late-development country to develop international technical standards with independent innovation, providing effective references for China’s enterprises to better combine intellectual property rights with standardization.
