摘  要:超(超)临界直流锅炉的动态特性、负荷适应性及参数的变化规律在很大程度上取决于水冷壁的动态特性。利用集总参数法建立了水冷壁全工况非线性移动边界数学模型,结合二次建模得到了动态方程组,在Matlab/Simulink平台上编制了仿真程序,并利用S函数建立了通用的仿真模块。在30%BMCR和100%BMCR典型工况下进行了水冷壁的动态特性仿真,研究了单一变量(给水流量、给水焓、燃烧率以及汽水分离器压力)阶跃扰动10%时水冷壁主要参数的动态响应特性。The dynamic characteristics, load adaptability and parameter variation of supercritical and ultra supercritical once-through boilers depend largely on the dynamic characteristics of water wall. The lumped parameter method was applied to establish the nonlinear moving boundary mathematical model for water walls under all conditions. Combined with the dynamic equations accessed by quadric modeling,the simulation program was complied on the platform of Matlab/ Simulink,and the S function was employed to establish the general simulation module. Dynamic characteristics of water wall under 30% BMCR and 100% BMCR conditions were simulated to in- vestigate the dynamic response properties of the water wall's major parameters when single varia- ble (feedwater flow, feedwater enthalpy,burning rate and pressure in steam-water separator) suf- fered step disturbance by 10%.
