摘  要:国内电厂普遍存在再热蒸汽温度偏低、低温再热器磨损等问题。对此,拟采用减少低温再热器管排数和烟气流速,并将低温再热器下部几组光管更换为H型鳍片管等方法进行改造,经系统热力计算、阻力计算、H型鳍片管受热面计算、低温再热器侧空间核算等校核验证,认为该改造方案切实可行,且便于实施,可从根本上解决低温再热器磨损及再热蒸汽温度低的问题,提高了电厂运行的安全性和经济性。Low reheating steam temperature and wear in low temperature reheater frequently oc- curs in domestic power plants. Thus,two 1 025 t/h boilers were taking as the examples to conduct transformation by applying several methods,such as decreasing the row number of low tempera- ture reheater tubes,reducing the flue gas velocity and changing several groups of plain tubes for H type finned tubes at low part of the low temperature reheater. A series of calculation was per- formed, including the boiler thermodynamic calculation, resistance calculation, heating surface cal- culation for H type finned tubes, side space calculation for low temperature reheater, and so on. The above calculation results show these retrofitting methods are feasible, and can be applied con- veniently, which can solve the problems of wear and low reheat steam temperature in low temper- ature reheaters.
