摘　　要：为了实现级联H-桥多电平逆变系统的故障诊断,提高诊断准确率和诊断速度,在分析多电平逆变系统的故障特点的基础上,提出了一种基于多分类相关向量机(MRVM)模型的级联H桥逆变系统故障诊断的方法。该方法以逆变系统的输出电压信号作为模型的输入故障信号,通过快速傅立叶变换(FFT)进行信号预处理,以降低噪声,减少训练和测试时间,采用E-step和最大期望估计的方法来进行模型推断。诊断输出为各故障类别的概率,以概率最大的故障类别作为诊断结果。实验结果表明,该方法具有更快的诊断速度和更高的诊断准确率,满足了级联H-桥多电平逆变系统故障诊断的要求。In order to realize the fault diagnosis for cascade H-bridge multilevel inverter systems and improve the accuracy and the speed of fault diagnosis chine） model was proposed on , a new fault diagnosis method based on the MRVM （muhiclass relevance vector ma- the basis of the study of the fault characteristics of multi level inverter systems. This method takes the output voltage of a inverter system as the input fault signal, preprocesses the fault signal through the fast Fourier transform （FFT） to reduce the influence of noises and decrease the test time, and then adopts the E-step and the expectation maximization （EM）to infer the fault classifier model of MRVM. Diagnostic outputs are the probability of each fault category, the fault type with the highest probability is taken as the diagnosis result. The experimental results show that the diagnosis method has the higher computing efficiency and the higher diagnosis ac- curacy in fault diagnosis for cascade H-bridge multilevel inverter systems.
