翼状胬肉切除术前应用去氧肾上腺素预防复发的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨翼状胬肉切除术前应用血管收缩药预防复发的效果。方法行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术治疗初发性翼状胬肉患者200例(200眼),随机均分为两组:A组术前5min内应用2次10%去氧肾上腺素0.1ml;B组术前不用血管收缩药。术后随访24个月。比较两组手术时间、需要电灼止血例数及术后复发率。结果 A组术中需要电灼止血11例(11.0%)少于B组的42例(42.0%)(P<0.05)。术后随访24个月。两组均无失访病例。两组术后1周内均有不同程度球结膜充血水肿,局部刺激症状明显。随访期间,A组复发1例(1%)少于B组的8例(8%)(P<0.05)。结论术前应用血管收缩药可以减少术中出血,降低术后复发率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of phenylephrine eye drops before pterygium surgery in reducing its recurrence. Methods A total of 200 patients （200 eyes） with primary pterygium was equally divided into two groups of A（giving eye drops of 10% phenylephrine 0. 1 ml twice at 5 rain before surgery） and B（without vasoconstrictors eye drops）. The patients were followed up for 2 years and the postoperative recurrence rate was compared between two groups. Results Operative bleeding was less in group A than that in group B（P〈0. 05）. The rate of postoperative recurrence was lower in group A than that in group B（1.0% vs. 8.0%）（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The preoperative application of vasoconstrictors before pterygiun surgery can effectively reduce the postoperative recurrence.
