西帕依固龈含漱液治疗慢性牙龈炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西帕依固龈含漱液治疗慢性牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性牙龈炎患者150例作为研究对象,随机分研究组和对照组。研究组使用西帕依固龈含漱液,对照组使用朵贝氏液含漱。对比两组病例牙龈充血水肿改善情况,龈沟出血指数以及菌斑指数的变化情况。结果:研究组治疗后牙龈指数临床总有效率92%,龈沟出血有效率88%,菌斑指数有效率80%,均优于对照组的80%、72%和64%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西帕依固龈含漱液治疗牙龈炎疗效较好、较安全,有较好的临床应用前景。Objective：The present study was to investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Xipayi collutory on the treatment of chronic gingivitis.Method：150 cases of the patients with chronic gingivitis,visited the department of stomatology from August 2010 to October 2012,were chosen as research objects,and divided into two groups by randomly double-blind method：the control group,treated by dobells solutions,and the treatment group,treated by Xipayi collutory.The gingival index,sulus bleeding index,and plaque index were examined before and after mouth washing.Result：The gingival index,sulcus bleeding index and the plaque index in the treatment group was 92 ％,88 ％ and 80 ％,respectively; while in the control group was 80 ％,72 ％ and 64 ％,respectively.The treatment group was evidently superior to the control group （P ＜0.05） and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：The effects of Xipayi collutory on the treatment of chronic gingivitis were obviously.Therefore,such traditional Chinese medicine Xipayi collutory is worthy to be popularized.
