摘　　要：重症多形性红斑是一种少见的、由多种原因引起的黏膜皮肤急性渗出性炎症性疾病,可致多个部位皮肤黏膜受累,本文报道1例成人重型多形性红斑药疹,探讨其病因、临床表现、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。Severe erythema multiforme is an acute exudative inflammatory mucocutaneous disease which could be caused by a variety of reasons; here,we reported a case of adult severe erythema multiforme caused by taking compound aminopyrine phenacetin tablets,and discussed the etiology,clinical manifestations,differential diagnosis and treatment as well.
