热处理工艺对液压抽油杆变形的影响分析

摘  要:对抽油杆用D级35Mn2钢进行了不同工艺的热处理,并进行了磨损试验、冲击试验和弯曲试验和分析。结果表明:改进抽油杆用钢的热处理工艺,可以有效改善抽油杆抵抗磨损变形、冲击变形和弯曲变形的能力;与采用现用热处理工艺相比,采用本文新型热处理工艺能使抽油杆用D级35Mn2钢的磨损体积降幅达56.25%,剪切断面率增幅达15.79%,冲击吸收功增幅达23.21%。The different heat treatment processes of handle D grade 35Mn2 steel used for sucker rod were carried out, and the abrasion test, impact test and bending test were carried out. The results show that the steel used for oil well sucker rod treated with improved beat treatment process can improve the abrasion deformation resistance, impact deformation resistance and bending deformation resistance capacities of the sucker rod; compared with the present heat treatment process, the novel heat treatment process can make the wear volume of the sucker rod D-level 35Mn2 steel reduced by 56.25%, the shear section rate increased by 15.79%, and the impact absorbed energy increased by 23.21%.
