摘　　要：为探讨腰椎间盘突出症的康复护理和疗效巩固问题,据脊柱生物力学、解剖学及临床分析腰椎曲度的差异与临床医嘱"笼统"性问题,提出依据患者腰椎曲度差异而科学地选择坐、卧、锻炼等方式,促进曲度的重建和恢复,巩固疗效并维持脊柱健康。This article aims to discuss how to prornote the rehabilitation and enhance curative effect of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Based on the spinal biomechanics and anatomy, according to the difference in the;lumbar vertebrae curvature, we raised the issues of vague clinical orders and advised the patients to promote rebuilding and recovery of the lumbar vertebrae curvature by scientific sitting, lying and exercise for better curative effect and spine health.
