摘　　要：目的:观察表达变异链球菌表面蛋白PAcP和霍乱毒素B亚单位融合蛋白(PAcP/CTB)的转基因番茄的免疫原性和安全性。方法:取24 d龄BABL/c小鼠18只,随机分成3组(n=6),分别用转基因番茄果汁(实验组)、变异链球菌灭活全菌(阳性对照组)、非转基因番茄果汁(阴性对照组)灌胃免疫,共4次,每次间隔1周;于首次免疫前1 d和每次免疫后1周称体质量,采集血清、唾液样品,用ELISA法检测血清中IgG、唾液中SIgA抗体水平;最后1次采样后处死所有动物,取心、肝、脾、肺、肾进行组织病理检查。结果:免疫后,实验组和阳性对照组小鼠血清特异性IgG和唾液特异性SIgA水平均明显升高,与阴性对照组相比P<0.05;各组小鼠免疫前后的体质量变化均无统计学差异(P﹥0.05);组织病理学检查,实验组心、肝、脾、肺、肾均未见明显异常。结论:转基因番茄表达的外源目的蛋白PAcP/CTB具有免疫原性和一般安全性。AIM： To observe the immunogenicity and safety of PAcP/CTB expressing transgenic tomato in BALB/c mice. METHODS： 18 BALB/c mice aged 24 d were randomly divided into 3 groups（n =6） and were re- spectively fed with chimeric protein PACP/CTB expressing transgenic tomato juice（ test group）, inactivated streptococ- cus mutans（ positive control group） and ordinary tomato juice（ negative control group） for 4 times at a biweekly inter- val. Serum and saliva samples were taken 1 day before the first immunization and 1 week after each immunization. Ser- um IgG and salivary SIgA were measured by ELISA. After the last sampling, the mice were sacrificed and were subjec- ted to histological examination. RESULTS ： After immunization, the serum IgG and SIgA levels of test group and posi- tive control group were significantly elevated （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, no significant changes were found in body weight and histological observation in the 3 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： PAcP/CTB expressing transgenic tomato has immunogenic ability without adverse effects in BABL/c mice.
