摘  要:目的:比较4种根管冲洗剂对清除根管玷污层的效果。方法:将40个离体单根管上颌前牙随机分为4组(n=10),A组:常温次氯酸钠(NaOCl)+EDTA;B组:常温NaOCl+EDTA+声波(EndoActivator);C组:60℃NaOCl+EDTA;D组:60℃NaOCl+EDTA+EndoActivator。用热场发射扫描电子显微镜评估根上1/3,根中1/3和根尖1/3玷污层清除情况。结果:对玷污层的整体清除效果C、D组优于A、B组(P<0.05),C组和D组之间、A组和B组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:60℃NaOCl+EDTA清除玷污层的效果优于常温NaOCl+EDTA的效果;NaOCl+EDTA配合或者不配合声波振动玷污层的清除效果相似。AIM : To compare the effects of 4 different irrigation protocols in smear layer removal. METH- ODS : 40 extracted single - rooted maxillary anterior teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n = 10) and were irri- gated respectively with room temperature sodium hypochlorite(NaOCl) + EDTA (group A) ; room temperature NaOCl + EDTA + EndoActivator ( group B ) ; 60 ℃ NaOCl + EDTA ( group C) and 60 ℃ NaOCl + EDTA + EndoActivator ( group D). After preparation, the samples were examined under a thermal field emission scanning electron microscope at the coronal, middle and apical thirds. RESULTS : Smear layer removal effects of group C and group D was signifi- cantly better than those of group A and group B (P 〈 0.05 ). No significant difference was observed between group C and group D, or between group A and group B (P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION : Higher temperature can increase smear layer removal efficacy of the irrigants NaOCl plus EDTA, sonic agitation does not enhance the effect.
