摘　　要：阳光体育活动在全国范围内的高职院校推行已有6年多,虽成绩显然,但受一些内外部因素影响致使其近年来发展遇到较大阻力,难以大踏步向前推进。为了解决这一系统性问题,对阳光体育运动在高职院校开展所遇难题进行深入剖析,从源头入手,进而为阳光体育运动探索出一条有序、健康、快速的发展之路。The Sunshine Sports has been implemented nationwide for over six years in higher vocational colleges. However, due to some internal and external factors that hinder the development of this activity it is difficult to push it forward dramatically in spite of the great achievement. In order to solve such systematical problems, the author tries to deeply analyze the difficulties of the Sunshine Sports carried on higher vocational colleges and explore order- ly, healthy and rapid development paths for the sunny sports movement.
