摘  要:采用熔体浸渍工艺制备一系列不同含量的长玻纤增强聚苯乙烯复合材料,以聚苯乙烯作为基体,苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐作为相容剂,热塑性弹性体聚氨酯作为增韧剂.研究了不同相容剂用量对长玻璃纤维增强聚苯乙烯复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,随着相容剂含量的增加,长玻璃纤维增强聚苯乙烯复合材料的储能模量呈现先增大后降低的趋势,这预言复合材料的力学性能变化趋势为先增加后减小,长玻璃纤维增强聚苯乙烯复合材料的损耗因子呈先减小后增加,这表明复合材料的相容性是先增加后减小;对长玻纤增强聚苯乙烯复合材料的形态分析得出,添加相容剂后的玻璃纤维表面包覆了一层树脂,并且分析了相容性机理;另外对长玻纤增强复合材料的力学性能进行了测试.A series of long glass fiber reinforced polystyrene composites with different contents of compatibilizer were prepared by using a self-designed impregnation device. The matrix resin is polystyrene, the compatibilizer is polystyrene grafted maleic anhydride, and the toughening agent is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. Effects of compatibilizer content on performance of long glass fiber reinforced polystyrene composites were studied. The results demonstrates that the storage modulus of long glass fiber reinforced polystyrene composites first increases and then decreases with increasing compatibilizer content, which predicts that the mechanical properties of long glass fiber reinforced polystyrene composites first increase and then decrease with increasing compatibilizer content; the tan δ values of long glass fiber reinforced polystyrene composites first decrease and then increase with increasing compatibilizer content, which demonstrates that the compatibility of the composites first increases and then decreases with increasing compatibilizer content; SEM results demonstrated that glass fibers were coated by the matrix resins, when the compatibilizer was added into the composites, and the compatibility mechanism was analyzed.
