摘  要:目的:建立香荚兰豆的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱:ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱;流速为0.8 ml·min-1;检测波长为254 nm;柱温为30℃;结果:在选定的色谱条件下,通过中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A),确定香荚兰豆HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,标定了4个共有峰。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,为香荚兰豆的鉴别、品质评价和质量控制标准的制定提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC fingerprint method for quality control of Vanilla planifoli Andrews. METHODS An HPLC analysis was carried out on a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with the mobile phase consisting methanol water in gradient mode. The flow rate was 0. 8 ml. min 1 and the detection wavelength was 254nm with the column temperature wa set at 25 ℃. RESULTS Under the above chromatographic conditions the characteristic peak of fingerprint of Vanilla planifoli Andrews was composed of 4 chromatographic peaks through similarity analysis. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and has a good repeatability. This study provides scientific foundation for identification, quality evaluation and quality control standards of Vanilla planifoli Andrews.
