孤独症谱系障碍患者基于视觉线索的基本情绪识别能力的元分析

摘　　要：目的:探索孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患者依靠视觉线索的基本情绪识别能力是否低于正常个体及各相关研究结果不一致的原因。方法:应用RevMan5.0软件,对符合标准的28篇文献中的34项研究进行meta分析,并以ASD组年龄、匹配因素、任务类型、刺激呈现形式为调节变量进行分析。结果:与正常对照组相比,ASD组在情绪识别任务上的得分或正确率更低。调节变量分析表明:①随着年龄的增长,ASD患者的情绪识别能力与同龄正常被试的差异越来越大;②匹配效果从差到好依次为根据生理年龄、非言语智力、言语智力、总智力进行匹配,即根据生理年龄匹配的两组被试情绪识别能力的差异最大,根据总智力进行匹配的两组被试情绪识别能力的差异最小;③在不同的情绪识别任务中,ASD患者根据情境采择情绪的能力缺陷最显著,其次是根据动作判断情绪,根据面部表情识别情绪的能力与正常对照组的差异相对较小;④刺激呈现形式对合并效应的影响不大。结论:ASD患者依靠视觉线索的基本情绪识别能力存在缺陷;生理年龄、匹配因素和任务类型作为调节变量对研究结果有明显影响。Objective： To explore the capability in recognition of basic emotions relying on visual cues in individuals with ASD, and the reasons of the inconformity in the relevant studies. Methods： To complete the meta-analysis of 34 stud- ies meeting the standards from 28 literature ,and analyze the role of moderator variables（chronological age, matched factors, task type ,stimuh presentation type）using RevMan 5.0. Results： Compared with typical development individuals, the capa- bility recognizing the basic emotions of the individuals with ASD is flawed. Three moderator variables（chronological age, matched factors and task type） have effect on the results of relevant studies. Conclusion： The individuals with ASD do show emotion recognition difficulties; the moderator variables have significant effect on the study results.
