摘 要:目的研究大豆蛋白对高胆固醇血症人群血清胰岛素、胰高血糖素及脂联素的影响,探讨脂联素与胰岛素、胰高血糖素及脂联素、胰岛素、胰高血糖素与血脂的相关性。方法单纯高胆固醇血症志愿者90人,随机分为酪蛋白(酪蛋白24 g)和大豆蛋白(大豆分离蛋白18g+酪蛋白6g)两组,不改变饮食及运动习惯,共8 w。实验前和结束时测身高、体重、腰臀围、血清脂质、血糖、胰岛素、胰高血糖素和脂联素水平。结果(1)干预后两组对象血清胰岛素水平,胰岛素/胰高血糖素比值均显著下降,胰高血糖素水平有所上升,两组间差异无统计学意义。(2)干预后两组血清脂联素水平均比干预前显著增高(前组P<0.001和后组P=0.003),组间差异无统计学意义。(3)血清脂联素变化与TC、LDL-C变化呈负相关(P<0.05);血清胰岛素变化与TG变化呈正相关,胰高血糖素变化与TC、ApoA1和ApoB变化呈正相关(P<0.05)。(4)血清脂联素(adiponectin)变化与胰岛素及胰岛素敏感指数的变化呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论膳食蛋白质可影响胰岛素、胰高血糖素及脂联素水平进而影响血脂水平。[营养学报,2014,36(1):22-25]Objective To investigate the effect of dietary proteins on the concentration of serum insulin, glucagon and adiponectin in hypercholesterolemic patients and to explore the correlations among serum adiponectin, insulin, glucagon, and lipids. Methods Ninety hypercholesterolemic volunteers were enrolled. They randomly received either 24 g casein or 18 g soy protein plus 6 g casein beverage daily for 8 w with their habitual life unchanged. Height, weight, waist to hip and serum lipids, glucose, insulin, glucagon and adiponectin concentrations were measured before and after the study. Results (1) Serum insulin and insulin/glugacon ratio were reduced while serum glucagon level was increased in both groups without significant difference. (2) Adiponectin level was significantly increased in the two groups (the former, P〈0.001 and the latter, P=0.003 respectively). (3) After intervention, the change of adiponectin was inversely associated with the changes of TC and LDL-C (P〈0.05). The reduction in TG concentration was positively correlated with the reduction of insulin (P〈0.05), and the reduction in TC, ApoA1 and ApoB were positively correlated with the change of glucagon (P〈0.05). (4) The change of adiponectin was positively correlated with the changes of insulin and insulin-sensitivity index (P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum lipids can be influenced by dietary proteins via insulin, glucagon and adiponectin.
