摘 要:针对生物质锅炉主汽压对象模型的不确定性和燃烧工况变化较大的特点,采用混合灵敏度控制方法设计了H∞鲁棒控制器;选择了合理的加权函数,给出了加权函数的奇异值曲线;利用MATLAB/SIMULINK进行了仿真实验并与常规PID控制结果比较,结果表明,在对象模型参数发生较大变化时,H∞混合灵敏度控制仍具有良好的鲁棒稳定性和动态性能;研制了基于DCS的生物质锅炉主汽压实时监控系统,利用MCGS组态软件设计了上位机界面,并进行了初步试验研究;实验结果表明,H∞混合灵敏度控制的生物质锅炉主汽压系统响应时间约为10 s且基本无超调,具有一定的应用价值。Because the model of main steam pressure is of highly uncertainty and boiler burning behavior varies greatly, the biomass boil- er main steam pressure is not regulated easily. According to this, a H∞ mixed sensitivity robust controller is designed to improve system con- trol quality. Reasonable weighting functions are selected, and the singular value curves are given. Simulation experiment of H∞ mixed sensi- tivity control is conducted based on MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox, and the results are compared with the conventional PID control. The Simulations show that, when the object model varies strongly, H∞ mixed sensitivity control can optimize the main steam pressure system with better robustness stability and dynamic performance. Biomass boiler main steam pressure real--time control system is developed based on DCS frame; the interface of PC is designed by MCGS configuration software, and the preliminary experiment is made. The results show that the H∞ mixed sensitivity control biomass boiler main steam pressure system response time is about 10s and basically no overshoot, which has a certain application value.
