摘  要:三足式离心机广泛应用于轻工、化工、医疗以及冶金工业等生产部门,是从溶液中分离出晶体或固体颗粒的一种设备。该型离心机的运行稳定性,取决于被分离液体的透水性。对于透水性良好的物料,进入筛栏后往往分布不均形成偏载,由此产生的离心力构成了对离心机机体运行的扰动力源,当此力源强度随偏载量达到一定程度后,机体将产生倾翻,离心机将出现运行失稳,这种现象已成为三足式离心机运行中的一个急需解决的问题。The tripod type centrifuge is widely used for the production department of light industry, chemical industry, medicine and metallurgy etc. It is a kind of equipment which is used to separate solid particles or crystals from solutions or mixed liquid. The running stability of this kind of centrifuge is depended on the water-penetrability of separated liquid. To a liquid with good water-penetrability, materials have entered onto a screen grate which always carries an eccentric load by reason of an uneven distribution,so that the suspended materials have created the disturbing dynamic source of centrifuge caused by centrifugal forces. When the disturbing forces have increased with the eccentric load of materials to reach at a certain degree, the suspended materials, will tumble down and the centrifuge will appear unstable in running state. This phenomenon has become a problem child of tripod type centrifuge.
