应征入伍青年心理检测362例分析  

Analysis on 362 Cases from the National Psychological Test for Draftees

摘　　要：目的了解应征入伍青年智力和心理健康水平状况,预测其对部队环境的适应性。方法采用第四军医大学编制的全国征兵心理检测系统,对湖北省某市区2011和2012年共362名应征青年进行检测。计算机检测包括智力测验和人格测验,对于机检不合格或者无效的测验按照要求再进行纸笔智力测验和结构性心理访谈。结果总不合格率为1.38%,低于以往相关文献的报道。人格各因子分值超过正常范围比例,2012年较2011年有所下降。T分(掩饰)与S、Set、Net、Dit、Dev、Imp、Ant成显著负相关(r=-0.38,-0.24,-0.61,-0.58,-0.52,-0.61,-0.49;P<0.01);S分(诈病)与Set、Net、Dit、Dev、Imp、Ant成显著正相关(r=0.53,0.64,0.78,0.73,0.74,0.73;P<0.01);D分(防御)与Dev、Ant呈显著正相关(r=0.12,0.14;P<0.01);Set、Net、Dit、Dev、Imp、Ant各因子间成显著正相关(P<0.01)。人格各因子机检测试得分不同年度间的t检验无显著性差异。结论湖北省某市区应征青年总体心理健康状况较好,并且无明显的年度差异,人格各因子异常率随年份呈下降趋势。Objective To get a general cognition of 362 male draftees＇intelligence and mental health status, and predict their adapt- ability hereby in the army. Methods In the year of 2010 and 2011,362 male draftees from a district in Hubei province were tested by the Psychological Testing System for Recruitment, produced by the Fourth Military Medical Academy of PLA. Both intelligence test and p^rsonality test were included in the computer testing phase. Those who failed in this phase had to take additional tests, i.e. traditional pen-and-paper intelligence test or/and structured interview. Results The overall fraction defective rate was 1.38% and lower than what the late researches reported. The abnormality rate of the personality factors in 2010 was lower than the one in 2011. There was a significantly negative correlation between the score of T factor and S, Set, Net, Dit, Dev, Imp, Ant （P 〈 0.01 ） ; The score of S factor had a strongly positive correlation with Set, Net, Dit, Dev, Imp, Ant （P 〈 0.01 ） ; The score of D factor had a clearly positive correlation with Dev, Ant （P 〈 0.01 ） ; There was obvious positive correlations among the factors of Set, Net, Dit, Dev, Imp, Ant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conelusion Most draftees are in good psychological condition. The abnormality rate of the personality factors decreases year by year.
