复方樟柳碱治疗青少年急性视神经炎临床疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方樟柳碱治疗青少年急性视神经炎临床疗效和安全性。方法选取我院眼科2010-12—2012-12收治的50例青少年急性视神经炎患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予血管扩张剂、营养视神经的药物以及激素等治疗,观察组则在上述治疗基础上加用复方樟柳碱治疗。观察2组患者治疗的有效性及安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率88.0%,显著高于对照的56.0%。2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。视觉诱发电位检查,观察组仅2例表现P100波潜伏期延长,对照组分别存在波幅延长、振幅下降现象,2组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱治疗青少年急性视神经炎疗效显著,具有安全、高效和不良反应少等特点。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of a compound anisodine on dolescent patients with acute optic neuritis. Methods Fifty adolescent patients with acute optic neuritis in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, patients in the control group were given vasodilator, optic nerve nutrition drugs and hormones, patients in the observation group were given the compound anisodine in addition. The clinical efficacy and safety of compound anisodine were evaluated. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.0 %, and was higher than that in the control group （56.0% ,P（0.05）. Incubation period of P100 wave extended only in two cases in the observation group, while that extended in many cases in control group, and amplitude of P100 wave also decreased in the control group, and there were significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of compound anisodine on adolescent patients with acute optic neuritis is significant,and has less adverse reactions.
