马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特在辅助治疗急性脑梗死中的应用价值。方法选择我院2011-03-2013-03收治的急性脑梗死患者80例,按不同治疗方式随机均分为对照组(常规治疗辅以血栓通)和实验组(常规治疗辅以马来酸桂哌齐特),对2组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果实验组总有效率82.5%,明显高于对照组的55.0%(P<0.05);实验组治疗14d后神经功能缺损评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者经治疗14d后的血浆纤维蛋白原水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,能明显改善患者神经功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of cinepazide maleate in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from March 2011 to March 20]3 were divided into Control group （conventional therapy＋Panax Notoginseng Saponins） and study group（conventional therapy＋cinepazide maleate）, and the ef- ficacy of two groups were compared after 14 days. Results The total effective rate of study group was 82.5% ,which was sig- nificantly higher than that of control group（55.0 %）（_P^0.05） ;the neurological deficit score in study group were significantly lower than that in control group after 14 days（P〈0.05） ;there were significant differences between two groups in level of fibrinogen[study group：（1.9±0.4）g/L,control group： （3.8±0.6）g/L]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cinepazide maleate has a significant effects on treating acute cerebral infarction, and can effectively improve the neurological function, so is worthy of clinical widely.
