摘  要:目的探讨微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血及脑室出血的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2008-06—2012-12收治的高血压性脑出血继发脑室出血患者92例,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组,观察组46例采用微创颅内血肿清除术,对照组46例采用传统开颅术,比较2组手术效果以及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率80.4%,明显高于对照组的58.7%;观察组血肿清除率明显大于对照组,术后3个月疗效优良率69.6%,明显高于对照组的43.5%,并发症发生率为8.7%,低于对照组的17.4%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血继发脑室出血,可提高有效率及术后恢复,减少并发症,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis of 92 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage secondary to intraventricular hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2008 to December 2012 was conducted. They were randomly divided into two groups, 46 ca- ses accepted micro-invasive intracranial hematoma in observational group, and the remaining 46 cases accepted traditional craniotomy in control group. Surgical resultg and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observational group was 80. 4%, which was significantly higher than 58.7% in control group, and the hematoma clearance rate in observational group was higher than the control group. The good rate in observational group 3 months after surgery was 69.6%, which was significantly higher than 43.5% of control group. The complication rate in observational group was 8. 7%, which was significantly lower than 17.4% of control group. The differences had statistical significance(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and intraventricular hemorrhage patients should promptly accept minimally invasive hematoma, which can improve the treatment efficiency and postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications, it is worthy in clinical practice.
