依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 2011-06—2013-06本院收诊的急性脑梗死患者随机分成对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组采用依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗。比较治疗前后2组患者氧合血红蛋白(HbO2)、还原血红蛋白(Hb)、总血红蛋白(HbT)及氧饱和度(SaO2);采用美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及日常生活活动量表(ADL)对2组患者的神经功能进行评估,比较2组疗效。结果治疗2周后,观察组HbO2、SaO2、HbT水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,而Fugl-Meyer、ADL评分则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗急性脑梗死能有效增加大脑血红蛋白与氧饱和度,促进神经功能改善。Objective To investigate the efficacy of edaravone combined with nimodipine on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction from June 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into control group（edaravone treatment group）with 48 cases and observation group（edaravone combined with nimodipine treatment group）with 48 cases, then the HbO2, Hb, SaO2 , HbT and the score of NIHSS, Fugl-Meyer and ADL of two groups before the treatment and after the treatment were compared. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of HbO2, SaO2, and HbT in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the score of NIHSS was significantly lower than that in control group, and the score of Fugl-Meyer and ADL were significantly higher than those in control group, all P〈0.05. Conclusion Edaravone combined with nimodipine can effectively improve the hemoglobin and oxygen saturation of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and improve their neurological function.
