丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响。方法选取入组的急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为丁苯酞注射液治疗组60例和胞磷胆碱对照组60例,另选健康者60例。比较2组患者治疗前、14d后的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及血清hsCRP水平变化和14d后的临床疗效。结果与健康组比较,治疗组及对照组在治疗前血清hsCRP水平明显升高(P<0.05),治疗组及对照组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗14d后治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14d后治疗组血清hsCRP水平及NIHSS评分均明显低于对照组,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组及对照组血清hsCRP水平较治疗前下降明显(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞注射液可通过抑制急性脑梗死病人的炎症反应改善患者的神经功能缺损症状,值得临床推广。Objective To study the＇effect of Butylphthalide injection on the expression of hsCRP and the clinical efficacy of it on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treat- ment group（60 cases treated with butylphthalide injection, totally 14 days） and control group（60 cases treated with citicoline so- dium injection）,60 health people were selected as healthy group. The serum levels of hsCRP were detected before and at 14 d after therapy,and NIHSS scores were evaluated before and at 14 d after therapy and clinical efficacy of the two group after 14d were compared. Results Compared with healthy group,the serum level of hsCRP in treatment group and control group be{ore treatment increased significantly（P〈0.05）,there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group （P 〉0.05）. the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than thatof control group （P〈O. 05）. The serum level of hsCRP and NIHSS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 14d （P〈0.05） ,and the serum level of hsCRP in treatment group and control group after treatment was significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The study indicates that Butylphthalide injection can improve the neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction probably through inhibiting the inflammatory response. It is worth of the clinical pro- motion.
