加味生化汤配合按摩护理对剖宫产妇女产后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的 通过对剖宫产产妇应用自拟加味生化汤的治疗,配合足底按摩及护理,探讨促进剖宫产妇女产褥期康复的有效方法.方法将2012年3～12月妊娠39周以上并在我院剖宫产分娩产后6 h的产妇289例分为治疗组和对照组,两组产妇均予常规护理及缩宫素治疗,治疗组服用加味生化汤,并在分娩后6 h内行新生儿早吸吮/乳房按摩护理每天2次,配合足底按摩,观察两组产妇产后恢复情况.结果加味生化汤配合按摩护理组在泌乳量、恶露量、宫底高度、排气时间、焦虑、抑郁评分方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论加味生化汤配合按摩护理对剖宫产妇女产后康复有明显的促进作用.O.bjective To discuss the effective methods to promote the treatment of women in puerperium rehabilitation after cesarean section through own modified shenghua decoction working in with footplate massaging and care. Methods 289 primipara with cesarean section in our hospital whose period of pregnancy was from March to December 2012, were divided into experiment group and control group. Both groups were given routine care and oxytocin treatment, Ex- periment group was given modified shenghua decoction, newborns early sucking within 6 hours of birth and udder massage 2 times a day working in with footplate massaging. The recovery of primipara after cesarean section in both groups was observed. Results The differences between experiment group and control group in milk yield, lochia yield, the height of fundus of uterus, exsufflation time ,intervention anxious and depression scores were significanct （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified shenghua decoction working in with massage care has an obvious promoting effect in the treatment of primipara rehabilitation after cesarean section.
