乳腺癌患者血清甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶活性变化的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨乳腺癌患者血清甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶 (GPDA )活性的变化及其在临床上的应用价值。方法　采用连续监测法 ,检测良、恶性乳腺肿瘤患者和健康人血清GPDA活性。结果　 6 5例乳腺癌患者血清GPDA浓度为 (12 7.0± 2 1.6 )U /L ,健康人含量为 (90 .0± 18.5 )U /L ,两者间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;良性乳腺肿瘤患者GPDA浓度为 (88.0± 2 4.2 )U /L ,与健康人比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。对患者GPDA动态观察结果 ,乳腺癌治疗后与治疗前比较GPDA含量有非常显著性差异(P <0 .0 1)。结论　乳腺癌患者血清GPDA活性的改变 ,对良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别及疗效观察均有一定的临床意义。Objective To study the changes of serum glycylproline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase(GPDA) in patient with breast cancer and its clinical value.Methods Serial assay was used for GPDA.Results The serum GPDA concentration in 65 cases of breast cancer was (127.0±21.6) U/L,and it was (90.0±18.5) U/L in the healthy pepole, P <0.05);The comparison between benign breast tumor patients and healthy people were not significantly different( P >0.05).After treatment,the serum GPDA concentration of breast cancer patients were significantly lower( P <0.01).Conclusion The variation of GPDA serum concentration is valueable in the differential diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic effect in breast cancer.
