眼内黑色素瘤中p21^(ras)及p53基因蛋白的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨不同细胞学类型眼内黑色素瘤及其浸润能力与p2 1ras及p5 3基因表达之间的关系。方法　应用免疫组化S P法 ,对 31例眼内黑色素瘤石蜡切片进行免疫组化染色。常规HE染色观察 ,根据肿瘤细胞形态分型 ,并根据肿瘤有无巩膜外浸润分类。结果　p2 1ras及 p5 3蛋白表达在性别上无显著性差异。p5 3在 3种不同细胞学类型之间有显著性差异。p2 1ras在有巩膜外扩展病例中表达阳性率高于无巩膜外扩展组 ,有显著性差异。结论　p2 1ras表达与眼内黑色素瘤巩膜外扩展有关。p5 3与眼内黑色素瘤细胞类型及肿瘤恶性程度有关。Objective To investigate the expression of p21 ras ,p53 proteins in melanoma of eye and their correlation with the cell type(maliganant degrees) and invasion.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the p21 ras and p53 gene expression in 31 cases of paraffin embeded tissue with melanoma of eye.Results The positive rate of p21 ras expression was significantly different between invasion and no invasion out of sclera,while p53 expression rate was significantly different among the three kind of cell types.Conclusion There is relationship between expression of p21 ras protein and the ability of invasion out of sclera of eye,while expression of p53 protein is associated with maliganant degrees of melanoma of eye.
