摘　　要：利用单色仪设计并搭建了一套测量反射体积光栅衍射效率的装置,其具有简便准确、自动扣除底数、抗干扰能力强等优点,较好地解决了反射光栅衍射效率的测量问题。A device of measuring reflection volume grating diffraction efficiency has been designed and set up by using monochromator, which has the advantages of simpleness and accuracy, automatically deducted from the base and strong ability of anti-interference, better solves the measurement of reflection grating diffraction efficiency.
