摘　　要：STCW公约马尼拉修正案和国内航海新法规的颁布与实施,对船舶轮机员应具备的综合素质和操作技能提出了更高的质量标准。结合当前航海教育的实际与实践教学的现状,指出航海类高职高专院校轮机工程技术专业实践教学改革的必要性和紧迫性,提出实践教学改革的方法和思路,阐述实践教学改革的组织实施及效果。As the promulgation and implementation of the Manila amendments to the STCW convention and the newest national naviga- tional regulations, higher quality standards should be required on comprehensive quality and skills to the future marine engi- neers. Based on current situation of practice teaching and actual demand of navigational education, this paper pointed out the necessity and urgency of practice teaching reform on Marine Engineering Technology Specialty in higher vocational colleges, put forward methods and ways of practice teaching reform, and elaborated organization, implementation and effect of practice teaching reform.
