摘　　要：目的 探讨自体带角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植对角巩膜穿通伤清创缝合术后继发假性胬肉和角膜表层新生血管的治疗效果.方法 对20例（20眼）角巩膜穿通伤清创缝合术后继发假性胬肉和角膜表层新生血管的患者,取健眼的带角膜缘干细胞行结膜瓣移植手术治疗.术后随访3～9个月,观察移植区植片的成活情况,胬肉复发情况,手术前后角膜表层新生血管面积变化情况以及角膜新生血管区角膜混浊程度的变化情况.结果 所有20例术后结膜瓣植片均成活,未见胬肉复发,角膜新生血管面积较术前明显变小（P＜0.01）,角膜混浊程度较术前减轻（P＜0.05）.结论 应用自体带角膜缘干细胞行结膜瓣移植治疗角巩膜穿通伤清创缝合术后继发假性胬肉和角膜表层新生血管,能够防止胬肉复发,促进角膜表层新生血管回退,减轻新生血管区角膜混浊的程度.Objective To investigate the effect of conjunctival autograft with limbal stem cell in the treatment of secondary pseudo-pterygium and corneal surface neovascularization after the surgery for corneoscleral penetration. Methods Conjunctival autograft with limbal stem cell from the fellow eye was transplanted to the corresponding conjunctiva of pseudo-pterygium and corneal surface neovascularization in 20 eyes （20 cases）. The condition of implant,the recurrence of pseudo-pterygium,the change of the area of corneal surface neovascula- rization,and the change of opacity were followed up for 3 to 9 months. Results Postoperatively,all the donor conjunctival graft were survived; no pterygiam relapsed; the area of corneal surface neovascularization and opacity decreased. Conclusion Conjunctival autograft with limbal stem cell could prevent the recurrence of pterygium, inhibit the formation of neovascularization ,promote neovascular regression ,and enhance corneal transparency.
