摘  要:目的:探讨趋化因子基质细胞衍生因子-1(Stromal cell-derived factor-1α,SDF-1)在非小细胞肺癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达情况,并研究其与微血管密度(MVD)在血管生成和临床病理特征方面的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测42例NSCLC患者癌组织和30例癌旁组织中基质细胞衍生因子1及微血管密度的表达情况。结果:在对照组中,SDF-1的表达率为10%;在NSCLC中,阳性表达率为62.3%,P<0.05,有统计学意义。且有淋巴结转移、TNM分期越高,则SDF-1表达率越高,与性别、病理类型和分化程度无相关性;MVD在NSCLC中计数为36.74±11.708,与TNM分期,分化程度及有无淋巴结转移有相关性,与性别、病理类型无相关性。癌组织中,SDF与MVD正相关。结论:在NSCLC癌组织中,SDF-1和MVD呈现高表达,说明SDF-1可能通过促进肿瘤的血管生成而参与肺癌的浸润转移,是肺癌血管形成的正性因子,为临床有效评估肺癌浸润转移程度及预后提供依据。Objective. To study the expression of the stromal cell derived factor 1 (Stromal cellerived factor 1 alpha, SDF - 1) and micro vascular density (MVD) in non-small cell lung cancer tissue, and to investigate the relationship between them in angiogenesis and clinical pathologic characteristics. Method: We used im- munohistochemieal method to text the expression of stromal cell derived factor 1 and micro vascular density be- tween 42 NSCLC tissues and 30 Normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma. Results: the SDF-I,s expression rate is 10% in control group. In NSCLC group, the positive expression rate is 62.3%. The higher the TNM stage with the lymph metastasis is, the higher the expression of the SDF- 1 is. It has no correlation with sex, patho- logic type and differentiation degree. The MVD, which has forged close ties with TNM stages, differentiation degree and the presence of correlated with lymph node metastasis, has no correlation with sex and pathological type. The MVD is positively related to SDF-1 in lung cancer. Conclusions: The SDF -lshowed high expres- sion in non-small cell lung cancer, which is a positive molecule in the metastasis of lung cancer by promoting tumor angiogenesis. This provides the basis for assessment of the degree of lung cancer metastasis and progno- sis.
