超声引导下定位导丝辅助在临床触诊阴性的乳腺病灶切除中的应用及意义

摘　　要：目的:探究运用超声引导下定位导丝辅助在临床触诊阴性的乳腺病灶切除中的临床应用价值和意义。方法:选取近3年在笔者所在医院接受治疗的180例触诊阴性的乳腺病灶患者,将其平均分为对照组和试验组两组,试验组运用超声引导下定位导丝辅助协助切除病灶,诊治疾病。对照组采用传统药物治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:试验组与对照组经治疗后,试验组的总有效率(98.89%)明显高于对照组(72.22%),差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下定位导丝辅助诊断并治疗临床触诊阴性的乳腺病灶具有较好的临床效果,值得广泛应用和推广。Objective：To explore the application value and significance of wire localization guided by ultrasound assisted resection in nonpalpable breast lesions and clinical application.Method：Selected 180 cases nonpalpable breast lesions in recent three years in our hospital and they were average divided into control group and experimental group,experimental group used wire localization guided by ultrasound assisted resection and diagnosed the disease.The control group used the traditional drug.To observe and compare the clinical effects of two groups of patients.Result：The experimental group and control group after treatment,the total effective in experimental group（98.89%） was significantly higher than that in control group（72.22%）,there was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Wire localization guided by ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of nonpalpable breast lesions has good clinical effect,and it is worthy of wide application and promotion.
