摘 要:目的:探讨16层螺旋CT尿路造影技术对原发输尿管癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析经手术病理证实原发性输尿管癌7例影像资料。结果:CT尿路造影用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、容积再现(VR)等后重建技术能够清楚显示病灶部位、形态、范围及周围组织关系。结论:16层螺旋CT尿路造影技术对原发性输尿管癌有诊断价值,为临床诊治提供帮助。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT urography technique for primary ureteral carcinoma.Method:Imaging material of 7 patients with primary ureteral carcinoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The lesion sites,morphology,scope and their relationship of adjacent tissues clearly showed through the post-reconstruction techniques for CT urography including maximum intensity projection (MIP),multi-planar reconstruction (MPR),curved planar reconstruction (CPR),and volume rendering (VR) and so on.Conclusion:The 16-slice spiral CT urography technique is valuable in diagnosis of primary ureteral carcinoma,and it is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
