西部新建铁路建设项目经济评价特殊性的初步探讨

摘　　要：本文首先将西部铁路的经济评价划分为几个层次 ;然后按西部铁路的四种类型说明其经济评价的侧重点 ;最后根据西部铁路开发性的特点 。At first,the economic evaluation of railways in the West China are classfied into five series.Then,according to the four kinds of railways in the West China,the particular emphases on their economic evaluations are illustrated respectively.Finally,based on the developing characteristics of railways in the West China,several deliberate opinions concerned with economic evaluations are proposed.
