泰兴市2010年恶性肿瘤发病死亡分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析2010年泰兴市恶性肿瘤发病死亡情况。[方法]对泰兴市2010年的恶性肿瘤发病死亡资料进行分析,计算发病率、死亡率等指标。[结果]2010年泰兴市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为221.98/10万(男性295.02/10万,女性149.04/10万),中标率为97.96/10万;粗死亡率为177.53/10万(男性242.07/10万,女性113.09/10万)。恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率男性均高于女性,且随年龄增长呈上升趋势。发病与死亡居前5位的均依次为食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌。[结论]消化系统肿瘤、肺癌及乳腺癌是影响泰兴市居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤,应进一步加强监测与干预。[Purposel To investigate the incidence and mortality of cancer in Taixing,2010. [Meth- ods ] The data of incidence and mortality of cancer in Taixing were analyzed. The incidence and mortality were calculated. [Results l The crude incidence of cancer was 221.98/105 （295.02/105 in male, 149.04/105 in female） , and the age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese population was 97.96/105. The crude mortality of cancer was 177.53/105（242.07/105 in male, 113.09/105 in female）, and the age-standardized mortality rate by Chinese population was 72.64/105.The incidence and mortality of cancer were higher in male and increased with age. Cancers of esophagus, liver, stom- ach, lung and breast were the top 5 of conunon cancer sites of incidence and mortality. [Conclusion] Digestive system tumors, lung cancer and breast cancer are major malignant tumors those impact on residents＇ health in Taixing. Prevention and control should be enhanced.
